1) To be eligible you must be over 18 years of age and be able to present two (2) forms of ID (one of which must contain a photo).
2) You must have an active subscription to my site any time during the months of May or June, 2011.
3) Anyone with two consecutive subscriptions that occur during May AND June will have two chances to win (your name will be entered twice into the list).
4) The winner will be photographed and/or captured on video with me and must agree to sign a release form so the content may be used inside my site.
5) The actual meeting with me will be done sometime within the week of July 18-23, 2011.  Exact date and time will be determined with the winner.
6) Location for the meet will be held in Kansas City, MO.  The winner is responsible for his/her own travel arrangements to and from this location.
7) Only the winner will be allowed into the meet, no companions may accompany along with them.
8) No recording devices will be allowed inside (cell phones, photo or video cameras, audio recorders, etc.).
9) Many shall enter but only one will be chosen at random to be the winner.
